It's very very hard to find homemade Persian food
In the USA, unless you're at maman or maman bozorg's house!
This is my ultimate favorite place to eat delicious authentic Persian food in Atlanta! Highly recommend!

Ordered chicken kabob and chicken barg on multiple occasions. They come with a side of naan (which is better than rumi and zaffron). Both their dishes are a notch bland than rumi/zaffron. Otherwise food is good. You wouldn't notice the difference unless you have tried all three multiple times.

Personally i rate rumi the highest then zaffron and then persepolis. I still eat here multiple times...as i said food is good.

Saturday 04/13/19 on the way to see the Mets vs Braves at Suntrust , 6 of us work colleagues thought of eating first before we head to the stadium . This place was just picked out of the blue , located about 2 miles from I-285. It's beyond the street , surrounded by other small stores . We arrived 5pm with no one around . We were worried coz what can I say , it's 3 hours from home and just picked out of the blue.

I Ordered Barg Kabob and the rest different stuff . Then came the wonderful bread with feta cheese , mint , and nuts . Lo and behold , we found ourselves enjoying this bread, sorta like the Indian bread .
My order was a charbroiled marinated tenderloin with basmati rice and roasted tomato . Wow !  So tender and tasty . Everyone enjoyed their food .

As we were leaving , other customers were coming in . A great find in Sandy Springs GA and not that far from the Interstate . I'm not sure I'm coming back here(3 hour drive ) but highly recommended if you're in the area . Enjoy the photos .

One of our favorite restaurants in Atlanta! It's hard to find good, authentic Persian cuisine but this place has it. We've been visiting Persepolis for the past ten years and I've always ordered the same thing because it's amazing. We always start with the bread and toppings (herbs, cheese, etc) that they serve - I could eat a whole meal of just that appetizer. My main course is always the shish kabob and it's excellent every single time. I would eat at Persepolis every day if I could.

I placed a to-go order via phone and picked up at the bar. The service was friendly as I arrived a few minutes before the food was done. I ordered the fish kabob which was salmon. It was cooked great and had great flavor. The portion size along with the price was fair. If in the area again, I would definitely come and eat here. Definitely good Persian food.
